Diary - Celcom Mock Cheque Presentation

On 27 June 2012, Celcom Axiata Berhad has decided to lend a hand and adopted one of the three Asian elephants at Zoo Negara. A 32 year-old male elephant named ‘Teriang’ was adopted by Celcom Axiata Berhad, in conjunction with the launch of its new voice plan Celcom First.

Celcom Axiata Berhad CEO, Datuk Seri Shazalli Ramly announced that with every new subscription for Celcom First plan, 10 sen will go to a fund for Teriang's upkeep. The elephant also symbolised the telco's new direction with Celcom First power, loyalty and "a desire to always reach for the top".

The launching started from 2 pm to 4 pm, at The Wild Restaurant, Zoo Negara.
